"This place is a rip off. Years ago they used to be honest and reliable but the last few times I used them they charged me thousands of dollars and never fixed the issues. They just had keep bringing my car back and then charging me more. I found someone else that found the problem and fixed it for 300 dollars. Haven’t had a problem since. Beware of these guys."

"2018 VW Golf. Hands down the friendliest and most transparent experience I ever had at a mechanic shop. I'm still fairly new to owning a Volkswagen and the guys at the front desk were super knowledgeable about my car and the prices are way more competitive compared to taking my vehicle to a dealership. I originally went in to service my transmission as I thought my car had a DSG. Turns out it doesn't and the type it does have doesn't require it to be serviced until 90,000 miles. While I was there I mentioned that I was interested in tuning my ECU to stage 1 and had already preemptively installed the needed bolt-on modifications. Not wanting to leave the guys high and dry since they had already ordered the parts and to do a transmission services I agreed to hold off on the transmission service and flash the ECU. The guys at MF Auto really made the car come alive. They're all fellow Volkswagen enthusiasts who get it and not a soulless dealership just out to turn a profit. Moving forward I'm taking my car solely to these guys for any service I can't perform myself. The waiting room is nice and the guys at the service desk are happy to talk shop and answer any questions you may have about your vehicle with a thorough explanation of your options and pricing. Wes in particular is a wizard when it comes to the Golf/GTI platform. If you're a VW or Audi owner I highly recommend taking your vehicle to these guys and skipping the dealership. Based on my own experience and other reviews this shop is probably one of if not the best in the Southeast when it comes to keeping your German auto in top performing shape like it came off the lot or of your looking for an experienced tuner to really tap into its potential."
