"I have been to many medical facilities. I can confidently say I have experienced the most condensing and hateful office staff experience (specifically Erica). I was referred here by my current midwife for Doctor Perry and Black. Simply asking questions to Erica prompts the condensing attitude and unwillingness to answer any questions on two different accounts. Unfortunately, at 30 weeks pregnant, I will have to continue the search for a provider frankly because of a representative of an office staff member’s lack of professionalism. I can not speak to the doctors or nurses as I never had the chance to, nor as of now wanted to, because of the front office staff rep."

"I always have a pleasant experience. Dr. Shirk listens and explains things in detail. Very down to earth. Eager to answer questions and never condescending (I’ve had awful experiences elsewhere in the past.) The office staff have been nothing but caring and helpful, in my experience over the last 3 years. Flexible with appointments, as I travel frequently. Highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere new or new to the area wanting high quality care."

"Awful, Awful, Awful experience!! I scheduled an appointment with Women’s Care Group months ago!! (The end of September to be exact). Clocked out of work, parked, just to be told I did not have an appointment with Dr. Black when I know for a fact that I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Black because I did heavy research on doctors and who was in my insurance network and overall review ratings. Did they offer to squeeze me in for inconvenience. No, they did not! She didn’t ask for an insurance card, nothing to try to see what has happened. I understand being double booked but I will never understand people who don’t care! She didn’t offer to add me to the list, nothing. Well, today was the last day I could use my insurance for the plan year, so I’m highly upset and frustrated that this practice obviously does not care about women’s health like they say they do! Why would I go through this much to lie when I clearly booked my appointment with them because 12/29 was the last day Dr. Black had available on her schedule for this year! I do not recommend Women’s Care Group!!!"

"I have had nothing but positive experiences at WCG. I typically see Dr. Murphy who is phenomenal, highly attentive, listens to the patient, answers all questions, and is honest. She treats you like you are family and is a wonderful doctor. Her nurse Katie is just as amazing and is so very good at what she does! So thankful to have had them throughout my last 2 pregnancy’s. Dr. Barry was the doctor on call when I delivered my last little one and was so wonderful. She was so calming, reassuring, and focused on helping me safely deliver my little one! Thank you all for making it such a wonderful experience!"
