"My wife has had a fantastic experience with the medical professionals (Doctor, NP, nurses, Ultrasound Techs), but they are never on time. She waited 2 hours past her appointment time at her last appointment. And the older woman who does the scheduling is awful. She is rude, combative, and not helpful in the least. She is demeaning in how she speaks to people, which is completely unacceptable. She ruins EVERYTHING good about the experience that the medical professionals provide."

"The office is nice and the staff are nice. My biggest issue is the long wait for appointments. I waited a month for my first appointment. Not a big deal. The appointment was fine. I needed another appointment and the next available was a month away. Okay fine. The day of my appointment the staff calls and tells me that the doctor won't be there so I have to reschedule. Things happen I get it. They told me they have absolutely no appointments available and put me on a waiting list. They let me know that next available appointment is 2 months away. Which means having to wait 3 months to be seen. Which is really unfair since they canceled my appointment. I haven't heard from the office about a closer appointment and I am losing hope that I will ever hear about a closer appointment. I feel like that the doctor should make more of an effort to see patients that they cancel appointments for. I get that things happen but it is incredibly frustrating that they have no appointments and the wait to get one is over two months. So it's a nice place just be prepared to wait months for an appointment."

"Autumn Galbraith is possibly the worst OBGYN I’ve ever been to. I have never been made to feel so invalidated and ridiculous for the problems I have. She told me I was essentially hopeless and “out of options” for birth control and helping my endometriosis, solely because I have tried 4 different pills within my life since I started my period, which was at 10 years old (I’m 20 now, so 4 within 10 years). She told me I was incorrect about the pain I was feeling caused by the pill she prescribed, honestly making me feel as though I was making it up, and on top of that made me feel like I was also wrong about that same pill causing me depression. On a good note, the other women that work at this office are so so incredibly kind and make you feel safe! The best internal ultrasound I’ve received was here as they treat you with the utmost care during it and actually know what they’re doing. So, I would recommend coming here to really literally anyone else besides Autumn."

"I decided to switch from a larger place with several OBGYNs to contemporary women’s health for my first pregnancy and I’m so glad I did. All of the staff from the front desk, to the ultrasound techs, nurses and doctors are wonderful. Building is nice and modern. I liked that I saw the same doctor and nurse for all my appointments rather than being shipped around. I ended up having some issues with my pregnancy but they were diligent with my care. The delivery was also an emergency and Dr. Roberts came to our rescue! Now I see Samantha for my annual exams and she has a fantastic personality and is super knowledgeable too! Highly recommend!"

"I had an appointment with the nurse practitioner for a follow up on a medication. I received a phone call from the office about 10 days later TELLING me I had an appointment with Dr Roberts three days later. I'm 62 and I still work. My mother is terminally Ill and I have been taking a lot of time off this year to help her which I told this person on the phone and asked if I could make the two appointments the same day. She asked me when my other appointment was and I told her, she saw it and said she couldn't combine them. I remember the call very well because I kept getting my nurse practitioners name wrong and she kept correcting me. I told her I was working and multitasking and apologized several times. When I went for my appointment today, they read off a date and time that they spoke with me and combined the appointments and it wasn't for today. I wish I could charge them like they would have charged me if I hadn't showed. Gas money, my PTO, my dead stop traffic coming out of Oak Ridge at 4:30 pm. I won't go back. Someone in that office is a liar and I hope they record calls. That person cost me money and possibly precious time with my mother. I wrote down the times and days. I am so upset that I go to a doctor's office that hires people that hinder patients. Even the front desk person didn't seem to care. It was like she thought I was wrong. Karma ladies. Beware. Better write down the person you speak with. Never will I be back there. All the additional services they use to have are gone. Wonder why?"
