"We recently had a fiberglass pool installed that included an Integra automatic cover. After a few weeks of use, the cover stopped functioning properly, refusing to open or close fully. After reaching out to the pool company that installed the cover and getting no response, we reached out to the cover manufacturer, Integra. We were pretty surprised that Clint from Integra, who apparently works to resolve customer problems promised to help us. He immediately assured us that he "would make this right" and asked to give him a day to put a plan together. As promised, the next day, Clint called us and arranged for a top level installation person to review and fix the cover problem the next day. The repairman, Aaron showed up at 4:30 pm (after working a long day at another site)and with his assistant, Juan and worked in 90 degree temp until 8:30 pm, replacing all the components and left us with a great cover installation. (The Integra cover was never the problem; it was the installation by the pool company.) These days, it's not easy to find reputable companies that do what they promise.
