"Tried to exchange a golf glove that was a gift for a smaller size. Wanted to charge me more for the exact same product. What a scam and I will be back to switch gloves in packaging to get the one I need!!!! I told my son to not ever purchase anything from this retailer. Check out what you want and buy it elsewhere."

"Went in Saturday to do my christmas shopping which would have totaled over $3k not including the cost of my husbands new golf clubs. Employees were no where to be found and the few that i could find upstairs or downstairs were either too busy talking to each other or would just point in a general direction on where i could find things. The only employees who were a huge help were the ones in the footwear especially Jathan and Lucy who were helpful in finding the shoes i was looking for as well as the socks unfortunately because of my experience with other departments i put everything back and purchased everything i was going to buy online from other stores. If it wasn’t for the store being completely disorganized and some of the employees being rude i would have bought everything that same day. Also an fyi some of the 5 star reviews are from people who work there"

"My son needed a new baseball bat, and with the cost of them, that's his big Christmas present. We like the batting cage, and I am so glad they changed it to where you buy time ($15 for 15 minutes). Before, parents would use it as a babysitter, and people were just rude, and this has helped out greatly. We picked out 3 bats, and 15 minutes was plenty of time to decide. The young man working the cage was great and knew his area."
