"Short wait time in attractive clean waiting room. All staff was very pleasant, but most of my interaction was with Nikki who explained everything she was going to do & was very careful to assist me in positioning, etc. Dr. Leroy is as I remembered him from 5 years ago, exceptional in explaining all surgical/procedural options with possible good/bad outcomes of each, which is why I chose to return here for any follow-up I may require. "Post surgery instruction is lacking. I had to call 3 times today as things happened at home and I didn't necessarily get a clear answer on the main problem just told I'll have to ask the doctor. When? Office personnel at front desk were very helpful as was the nurse care...but very brief time. Update...We had a great experience today. We knew things were not going right at home. We were fit into the office schedule today where my husband was well taken care of and relieved. I feel I was able to share my frustration with the nurse about needing better post surgery instruction. Great experience today."
