"We have shopped at Belk for years. The last time we visited, my husband noticed a sign in the jewelry department. Yesterday while in the area, we stopped at Belk to have a few items of jewelry repaired. He waited 20 minutes for assistance ..they called several times and no one showed up. When he finally was able to speak with someone, she took his chain and disappeared for another 10 minutes ..finally returning to say that they "ONLY repaired jewelry purchased at Belk." NO WHERE on that sign, states that! ( Might want to read your sign).Extremely DISAPPOINTED with Belk!!!! VERY POOR customer service!"
