"I made an appointment at Pink-Dots Salon & Boutique for the first time on December 13, 2023 for balayage and a haircut. The salon and boutique is absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere and uplifting music playing was wonderful. There is a large selection of beautiful clothing items, jewelry, accessories, and more. My hair appointment was with Stacia, and we immediately made a great connection. She as well as her sister, Shannon are friendly, welcoming, and just an all around pleasure to talk to. I immediately felt as comfortable as I would be if I’d known them for years. Stacia listened to exactly what I wanted for my hair. She didn’t even make the first few cuts without checking if the length was ok with me. She gave me very clear and easy-to-understand feedback based on her experience and expertise, and my hair came out EXACTLY how I hoped it would. I am so glad that I made my appointment with Stacia, and I will absolutely be back when I’m ready for another haircut and touch-up (and to do some shopping!). The prices are extremely reasonable, and considering the time Stacia took with my hair and how happy I was with the results, I was expecting to pay quite a bit more. These ladies are wonderful and they are amazing at what they do. I will be recommending Pink-Dots Salon to everyone and anyone I know."

"Shannon is such a sweet person! She really took care of me when I had my eyelash extensions done!:) They look awesome and so natural looking! She did a great job!! Her sister Stacia was so welcoming and helped me the whole way! Their mom was like a basket of warm cookies that gave you the sense that everyone is welcomed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They really took care of what other eyelash people couldn't. I will be going back to them again! Highly recommend you to check their place out if your having issues finding a good eyelash extension place!!!!"

"Pink Dots Salon & Boutique is my new go-to right here in Bristol, TN. Stacia and Shannon were so friendly and warm greeting me with compliments and smiles as soon as I walked in. Stacia did my hair and I strongly recommend her expertise to all of Bristol, TN/VA and the tri-city area. You can tell she is an expert in hairdressing and she knows the latest trends in the industry. She listened intently to the style and cut I requested exceeding my expectations with the balayage pictured. I am a natural red head and quality of service is important to me as there have been other stylists who have not known how to work with my hair color, texture, or length and have either bailed on me without notice or have kept me waiting in a salon for hours booking multiple clients at once. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service, results, punctuality, attention to care, and focus on the client. Not only was the service top par but I have received many compliments on my hair already. I will be returning to this salon, no doubt, for my hair, the fashion, and other beauty services they provide. You have to see it for yourself! The salon is absolutely gorgeous and I love the atmosphere. Give it a try and go! Don’t even give it a second thought."
