"Horrible customer service. I took back a $35 tshirt that I had bought my husband for Christmas. It was too short for his 6’5” frame. I had the original receipt and was in the appropriate window to return for full refund. The girl at desk told me that “their computer system wasn’t working properly and wasn’t allowing refunds to go back on cards” and that she would only be allowed to give me a store credit on a gift card to use later. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to argue with her even though I knew this was a lie. (Several people in front of me had just made purchases using their credit/debit cards. If their “system was messed up” this wouldn’t have been possible) But that’s ok, once that $35 gift card is used, it’ll be my last time through the door at Alumni Hall. I’ll take my business elsewhere."
"We couldn't get any help. The guy working never NEVER acknowledged we were there. Our daughter needed help and was trying to buy several things, but due to the lack of manners or help... we left. Prices- $$$$$ compared to most sportswear apparel their a LOT higher. Same and/or similar attire at Wal-mart for much less."
"Well stocked. Neat and well merchandised. Two clerks. Seemed to be nice. Did not say thank you after purchase. Not very enthusiastic at all. Were looking for part time clerk. I could see why."
