"I went in and found a pair of jeggings that I absolutely loved so I went to check out like normal and they had a sale that said buy one get one so the lady asked me if I wanted to get one more pair of jeans or a shirt and I said sure I’ll go look so she said I’ll hold these for you while you look (the jeans) and I couldn’t find anything else I wanted so I went back up to pay for my jeggings and they lost them however I did notice another girl walking out with the same jeggings I picked out so I think the lady who was “watching them” let another worker put them back and then someone else buy them."

"My friend and I were the only customers in the store at the time not one time did either employee. Ask me if I needed help I was in there for about 15 mins then I finally asked for help. So I was unhappy about that then i wasn't unable to try on the clothes I bought . I live 15 to 20 mins away so it's not convenient to go home try them on and come back if they didn't fit. So the fitting rooms being closed was?a big inconvenience . I ended up going to the movie theater to try them on. In their bathroom. So I was very unsatisfied with the service but when I did ask for help the employee was very friendly and very unsatisfied with the fitting rooms being closed."

"I took my daughter's there this past Sunday so they could get them some jeans for school.They found them some to try on and if they fit I was going to buy them.Just for the lady to say the fitting room was closed and they still had 40 minutes before they closed. She let me know they would be opened back up in the morning. Well if I wanted to shop on Monday I would have waited until then .And the store was a total mess.So we went to American Eagle and spent 158.00 and found them some jeans for school and yes they where able to try to them on.Oh well rue 21 your loss not mine."

"Love it love it love it can't say anything more about it other than absolutely love that sucks 24 to 26 in the most fashionable clothes just like size 2 girls not to wear so yes I would recommend it for any 6:30 or plus 4 extra plus women Great I will continue to go back."
