"Closing at 9:45 pm due to "short staff" even though there is 6 employees in the store currently cleaning. They literally just don't want to work or do their job. I will never be returning to this caseys, they continuously close early even though they have plenty of staffing."
"Terrible customer service in the evenings. Employee's are more focused on joking amongst themselves and ignore the customers, or they process your transaction without so much as a "hello"."
"The only reason I come to this Casey's frequently is because it is very close to where I live and there are good cash back rewards through both Casey's and Upside. However, I am consistently disappointed with the service and cleanliness of this location. There are always no gas pumps available. Either they are all taken up, or one or two of them are not working. This is especially frustrating when I am in a hurry. The station is also located in a shady area. There is frequent panhandling right at the door of the convenience store. The bathrooms are always trashed. There is always toilet paper everywhere and it is obvious the floors in the bathroom are not cleaned. The only reason I am rating this location two stars instead of one is because the cashiers are generally nice. However, that is not enough to make up for the poor service and cleanliness of this location. I would avoid coming to this Casey's if possible. There are much better Casey's and Weigel's locations in Knoxville."
"As a rideshare driver I frequent different convenience stores throughout the city daily for drinks and restroom breaks. It appears this location has never cleaned the bathroom since the name change. Smelled like old urine and the wall as, floors, toilets all covered with it. No way it ever gets cleaned and look like it does every time I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure to be in this area of town and stopped there. Literally 5 or 6 different times over the course of the last 3 months and it’s the same every time. I was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt and kept trying it again and again but I’ve reached the conclusion that these are acceptable standards for this place and won’t be back."
