“I only visited this place to participate in a walking football tournament. When we arrived there were people organising the car parking which was great help. The 3G pitch was in great condition. Did not use any of the other facilities so I cannot comment on those. It was busy there with the walking football and a junior athletics event taking Ave next door so the area was busy when leaving.”

“10/10 would recommend after building everything from new. I have been in Health suite with nice new sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, 2 big swimming polls and a new gym upstairs. Everything is new and nice.”

“Fantastic staff. Always happy to help with any issues. All my children enjoy swimming with ACE. Boys have imroved massivly and now learning front stroke and backstroke technic while having nice time. My little giel who's 7 months now has been coming since 9weeks old. She's very happy and I can see how much she's getting from her swimming lessons. Safe, clean,friendly and peaceful enviroment. She's familiar now with water in a way that I wouldnt be able to do without regular and commited visit. Thank you Ace.”

“Lovely walk, takes about 2 hours to get around the loop and see the waterfalls. Was quite slippery because of leaves, definitely needs walking boots and waterproofs if you want to go behind the waterfall! Red route is fair flat but the green route to get to the waterfalls are very steep. Car park is £5 card parent at the machine which is great.”

“One of four waterfalls along a 3-4 hr walk. We stopped here and cooked lunch and brew a coffee whilst surrounded in nature. Incredibly beautiful place to walk around. The walk is incredibly challenging but worth it for all the views. Wear proper footwear and be prepared for steps. @momentsofiutdoors for more photos of what we did.”

“Lovely park with duck pond, plenty of walks of different length and ability. A nice mix between wilder areas and less muddy walks. Large park with post area, cafe, plenty of parking although you do need to pay. Not expensive though. Nice views from the higher areas. A new nature reserve area is opening with a space reserved for planting trees, one for every child on Wales. Lovely idea. Great park for walkers, joggers, children of all ages.”

“Wow what a great day out, I was given this as a birthday present and absolutely loved every minute of it, all the staff were brilliant especially our happy instructor emma, we got it done in about roughly 2 hours, throwing yourself down the zip lines was the easy part, trying to climb the cargo nets was a lot harder than it looks, ill happily come back here, highly recommended”

“Beautiful place for picnic, walk. Plenty of attractions for kids. Dogs are allowed but on the lead( excluding Fairytale Village). Be prepared for few hours if you want see everything. Everyone find something for yourself.”

“Aberavon beach is an amazing beach. Its golden sand as far as the eye can see. Also it has lovely coffee shops, café /restaurant along tthe prom. I absolutely love taking my golden retriever down there for a walk/play. It is also I safe haven for my mental health.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our walk in late February. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, it was a clear day but lil muddy. Wear proper boots for a good grip. Path/track near to the waterfall is a bit tricky so be very careful. A nearby car park is available.”

“I had the most lovely experience visiting this amazing natural space in Neath. The area of the park is huge, I spent more than 4 hours walking there and still left many areas without exploring them. The lake brought me back memories of the movie The Lake House! that's how beautiful and romantic this is, please take your dog with you if you're coming here, he will thank you later. The Park was almost empty today because it was raining so much but I didn't care I actually think the experience under the rain was even better. I'm coming back soon.”

“Lovely place for a stroll for a few hours, a little cafe for drinks and food and an ice cream shop, you only pay for parking which was less the £3 for as long as you want”

“Great walk! very scenic, plenty of picnic benches and numerous bins to discard your rubbish which I find lacking with most country parks these days.”

“The grandkids loved this. It's on the sea front and it's free. If you can get a parking space on the front that is free too. Carpark was only £2 all day.”

“Great place. Parents can sit and eat in the waiting area till kids finish the swimming or the gymnastics class. Toilets are clean. There is a play area for toddlers as well. By 3.5pounds for one hour is a high rate. The cafe inside serves good and refreshing coffee and tea as per the customers choice”

“Lovely park well maintained by the local council. Lots of rubbish bins and dog bins.”

“Beautiful circular walk through the woods with a couple of stunning waterfalls to visit. Plus the old ironworks are at the bottom.”

“Perfect bike ride along the Neath canal to resolven, on the way back stopped at the aberdulais royal legion for a shandy which overlooks the Aqueduct. Lovely service and very friendly people welcomed me and the family so will definately pop in again on our travels.”
