“I joined The Marlow Club in September last year after moving back to the area and the service has been top class. Even with two lockdowns in that time the communication and support was great and equipment was made available to loan and use at home whilst we couldn't get in the gym. All the staff are friendly and professional, keep the gym nice and clean ready for use, and are always happy to help with any questions. If you are looking for a Personal Trainer as well all the team are well qualified and knowledgeable to help with all levels of training and nutrition advice - thanks to James for all my progress! When it comes to the facilities and training, there is a good range of new and well-kept equipment - there are several squat racks, plenty of areas for free weights (inside and outside), cable machines and plenty of cardio equipment (treadmills, exercise bikes, etc.). And although I personally don't use them, I know the online and in-person classes the gym runs are very popular. If you live in Marlow or the local area and are looking for a new gym, I would recommend popping down to check it out!”

“A truly great place to play table sports. Pool, American Pool, Snooker, they have it all and with very high quality tables that are looked after properly. If you're into Pool, Snooker, 9 ball, darts or whatever, this is the place in Reading to visit. I love American Pool tables, and this is the only one left in Reading. A true gem!”

“Really friendly helpful staff, clean changing rooms and a lovely pool. A little surprise was that it doesn't have a deep end seems to be same level across pool. Shame they're aren't more swim session times available and longer swim times of more than an hour as would love to go more often and for longer. Parking available outside is a nice bonus especially for those of us who are disabled or have poor mobility. Could do with a poster explaining how the lockers work as they have keypads but no clue as to how to work them.”

“Probably one of the best hotels in Reading right next to the Thames River where you can go for a great walk or jog. Friendly and quick front desk staff. I had the breakfast buffet which was 9 pounds if you purchased it with your room. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with excellent ham, large sausages, blood sausages, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, cereal, juice, coffee, etc. Highly recommended the breakfast buffet.”

“Absolutely brilliant park, with so much to do! We could have spent hours at the water play, with the big wheel, and gates letting water gush out. Then there are lots of climbing frames, swings, a trampoline, zip line and lots of musical structures. Right next to the cafe too ☺️”

“We ordered a US made Cove retreat hot tub from M Pools and are absolutely over the moon with it even though took a while coming from the states, but well worth the wait! Malcolm and his team that delivered it were brilliant and very professional and they got it installed with no problems at all, they even made a concrete base for it to sit on so that it was level. I highly recommend M Pools and will definitely be using them again in the future.”
