“Lots of choice, the food they stocked seemed to be really high quality at a very fair price. Dog grooming was offered on the premises. They mainly cater to dogs with an incredible selection but I noticed sections for cats, birds, small rodents and fish. Some of the small rodents toys were a fantastic price whereas some were very expensive. I was disappointed as I fell in love with a couple of cage toys but I couldn't justify the price. The staff seemed rather friendly and made me feel welcome”

“They are brilliant with my shitzu, he does like been groomed and they have put up with him biting them in the past , but that's getting better now as he's getting use to them , reasonably priced too friendly to the k9s and humans , they also listen the human owners on what they want and 99% do what you ask of them, that 1% of the time ìsnt always possible and they have to do what's best for the dog and their skin I've been taking my shitzu now to waggs for the past 2 years , they were 1 of the only groomers to be open during most of the lockdowns too , I personally won't take my dog anywhere else but here .”

“Normally Premier Inns are so far out of town it's a pain to get anywhere, but this is actually quite close to the centre of Hanley. In addition its right by several restaurants that are thriving and busy, not even counting the Premier Inn Restaurant. It is busier here than in the centre of the town! The rooms are great - warm, cosy and thick duvets. You can't hear any noise from the busy roads outside. The only suggestion I would make for visitors is bring your own shampoo/conditioner, as Premier Inn only supplies a shower gel/shampoo 2-in-1 thing which honestly is OK as a shower gel and smells nice but honestly would not use it on my hair.”

“We bought two guinea pigs from here this week and it was a really wonderful experience! Teesha helped us to find everything we needed and went around with us helping to pick things out, she gave us fantastic advice and even helped us to carry everything to our car. Tasha was also lovely and showed us how to do a full health check on our piggies. It was a really positive experience and I really hope they get the recognition they deserve ❤️”
