“Open house sold our house in 4 weeks of it being on the market. Very impressed with their service from the moment Rob came to do our initial valuation, I had multiple valuations from different estate agents and Rob was definitely the most prepared and able to present a report straight away. No pushing what's so ever to go with them like other estate agents tend to do and left the decision entirely up to me. We got full asking price for our property and Open house were very supportive from start to finish, Amelia was great at always answering my calls or emails promptly. Very good and affordable fees, couldn't be happier with my decision to use Open House!”

“Had our beautiful wedding here on the 14th sep 22 an absolutely magical day. Jose and the team helped us all the way through planning with constant updates.Being a nervous bride Jose made me feel calm and relaxed on the day.Decorations were absolutely perfectly placed and the food was incredible.thumbs up to the chef!!! If you are considering having your wedding here then do it! Thank you so much to you all for making our day unforgettable but you’ll definitely see us again❤️”

“This hotel is set in very good location just 2/5 minutes away from the famous gardens and a really good quality single floor shopping village. Staff when booking in are very friendly with a nice coffee seating area and bar with a restaurant/breakfast area. Our disabled room was as we expected and was very spacious and clean . I would highly recommend this hotel if visiting the gardens and need a overnight stay or on route to your holiday destination as we are .”

“This is a rather late review but we stayed here for Ladies day earlier in the year(21st-23rd July). The service was outstanding and the staff are in a league of their own. It was a breath of fresh air seeing young, polite and very respectable bar staff, serving punters with such decorum and poise. The staff here are an absolute credit to the hotel manager who you can see is very involved with this business and has a direct impact on how this establishment is ran. The rooms were lovely, comfy beds and clean bathrooms too. We would like to thank everyone for such a wonderful 2 night stay, it really was the icing on the cake. This hotel is walking distance from the race course so I definitely recommend it if you're going to watch the racing. Thank you!! (Sorry this review is so late!). Emma & Glenn.”

“We stayed in a top floor room within thr main hotel, superb room. Would've been nice to actually have dinner in the hotel itself. We couldn't see any menus for dinner. A great stay over all though. A peaceful sleep.”

“Absolutely first class. The owner Richard would do anything for you to help make your stay perfect. Accommodation is beautiful in a self contained flat - all modern amenities - but the breakfasts are the icing on top of the cake!! Marvellous. Would highly recommend Eccleshall Bed and Breakfast. “Close to all amenities, price is quite reasonable and housemates are lovely.Rooms are spacious and fully furnished.Ideal for students or professionals looking for an all inclusive solution on a budget. Landlord off-site but responsive and quick to deal with issues.”

“Came here for dinner one night as were staying in a cottage down the road. Husband rang up and they reserved us a table. Arrived and Justin explained everything and we ordered our drinks. We then ordered the food. It came out piping hit and tasted delicious!! I has the lasagne and my husband had a burger which was on the specials board. We were both so full we couldn't manage a pudding, gutted as they all sounded amazing. All the team were really friendly and helpful. Thank you for making us feel welcome.”

“Really beautiful rooms and amazing staff! The room was amazing but we were on the second floor so didn't get much sleep as could hear the people above us walking about on the creaky floorboards for most of the night. In the morning I asked if we could move us to a room on the floor up which they did and it was perfect! In leaving, my husband had left his electric Toothbrush behind and they were so kind and actually posted it to us!”

“Having recently completed the purchase of my new property using James Du Pavey (Stone) I found them to be extremely professional and very helpful. Throughout the process they made sure we were fully aware of what was happening and when and made sure everything went smoothly and efficiently. A special mention to Amiee who I found to be extremely helpful and nothing was ever to much despite my persistent barage of quations and multiple viewings. I would definitely recommend them for any future sellers.”

“We had to find a place to stay very last minute on a cold and late night - stumbled across here and it was perfect. Very comfortable bed, heated towel racks, powerful water pressure in the shower, and English breakfast included the next morning!”

“The venue is well presented and decorated for Christmas. The staff are helpful and very friendly as ever. The food is really tasty and great value for money hence us coming back to celebrate a birthday. The Christmas Fayre menu is very good value. In fact it's hard to find fault”

“Accommodation is warm enough during winter times, Room given to me is overlooking the park which I requested previously. Block 2 is a good and calm place to live especially if you are NHS staff and you have night shift and need time to rest post duty. Tallulah the new manager is an approachable person and always ready to answer all your concerns with respect and professionalism”
