“We were cautious about returning to Brook's - having had an amazing wedding reception there in 2017, before it changed ownership - and never quite found the temerity to return until a rainy post-Valentine February evening. We needn't have worried - it is now our favourite West Yorkshire dining destination. Relaxed, attentive service and superb cocktails were followed by an outstanding range of small dishes, consistently flavoursome and interesting - and very attentive to veggie needs also. Pud menu was small but similarly noteworthy. Couldn't fault the visit in any way.... and only feel foolish not to have discovered Brook's considerable virtues earlier.....”

Quite an extensive menu I chose the lamb with naga chilli With naan We were served drinks and a pickle tray and after what seemed to be a quick interlude we were served our meal Every thing was well presented In Balti style dishes The roti chapattis and naan was fresh and taste The curry... Mine naga chilli lamb was amazing good heat.. The keema Balti was very tasty We really enjoyed our meal Thanks”

“We had a fabulous experience 15.10.22 We enjoyed a selection of the small plate meals - 5 and a couple of sides between us. Staff were lovely and very attentive. Atmosphere is cosy and relaxed - we sat upstairs. I personally think the 'small plate' concept is great because it offers variety. The food was great, not over facing but we felt satisfied. Can't fault anything and will definitely return.”

“Telephone called here at 5:45pm on Sunday, got a table for 6:30pm. Arrived in the restaurant which was really clean, the staff were really friendly. We ordered Starters & Main Courses, the Starter was a Mix of 4 from the Hot Platter and Mains were Chicken Skewer, Lamb Skewer & Chips. Every bit of food was absolutely perfect, me and my wife left & said how excited we was to go back. Classic Persian is 100% the best restaurant i have been to this year and i have been to many restaurants so far. I can't wait to go back.”

There was a mistake with our order (ordered parmigiana and got chicken kebabs, which we stuck with as we weren't too fussed), but the staff were very apologetic and we received compensation in some free drinks. The back terrace has a heaters and a gas lamp, recently installed I believe, which made eating outside very cozy.”
