“I've never really been one to wear jewellery, but I spotted a ring in the window that I really liked the look of. Tried it on inside and was treated to great service. Ever since then I've bought a couple of rings from there, had to have them resized due to fat fingers, but the resizing was always done perfectly and again, very great service. I bought a madonna necklace around 2 months ago, and unfortunately the chain broke, I came back to the shop and I bought a second chain and was even offered a slightly reduced price since I'd previously bought the necklace and chain! If that's not fantastic customer service, I don't know what is. I recently had to buy another chain - I'd like to stress this is in no way a reflection of quality, I broke it to due to my own clumsiness and was again treated very kindly. This is the only place I'll go to buy rings/necklaces, for myself or others, simply to due to great quality, great prices and great service from the lovely staff. Cannot rate highly enough.”

“Holly was lovely. Two visits, and she was prompt to the minute on both. I showed her a photo of a necklace I wanted created. I donated a ring (for the stone) and an old bracelet. The finished article was so beautiful, and even better than I expected/hoped. I was astonished at how affordable it was, as I’d given two no-longer-worn pieces (little value to me). I guess that’s the whole point. I could not fault Hollys service at all”

We had a lovely meeting, we discussed various idea's that could be achieved with the pieces I supplied. My ring took approximately 6-8 weeks to craft. I'm delighted with my bespoke piece...
