"Terrible and a scam. Went in with a ring 22ct ring that got crushed asking if they could help in any way. They said no, will need to melt down likely and add metal as "too flimsy". Sent off, took two weeks, came back and said cant add any metal to it as came up 20ct and is "odd". They would probably have tried to charge me north of £600 to "fix" it this way anyway I bet. Bought a ring stretcher and a ring fix/rubber mallet online for around £25. Fixed the ring MYSELF. This place is a shambles and not interested in customer service, but customer ROBBERY."
