He is very busy, so only criticism would be I had to phone him for updates, but very happy, I now have a working washing machine again”

We have been customers for many years, buying two fridges, a dishwasher, a cooker and large freezer over the years. Always excellent and reliable service. Prompt delivery and removal of the old appliance for recycling as well as all the packaging. For the freezer, they transfer the food. Brilliant!”

I was suprised they could offer me a delivery slot within a couple of weeks sooner had I needed it. On the day of delivery 2 Lovely chaps carried in the kitchen into my property. It was very well organised. After care- we had some snags (small chip on a cupboard door) but these were sorted out within a few days, Very pleased with the service from beginning to end.”

Alas when I got home the purchases weren't compatible with 2 of the 3 gadgets. Again the manager worked swiftly to help customers and he helped me find what I needed.
