“What a wonderful experience me and my partner had here with Charlotte and team, after planning on visiting a number of jewelry shops on the 15/10/22 looking to have two wedding bands made from my partners grandmas gold watch. As soon as we walked into charlotte’s place we both knew instantly that we were in the correct place and didn’t need to visit anymore jewelry places that day, extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable. The bangle is really sturdy and good quality so it will last forever. I also had to have the size changed slightly, which was no problem and done super quickly, with Ruth even offering to drop the item back to me! “My husbands watch had been over tightened and couldn't get back off, went to Tipson in fratton tesco who were going to charge £22 just for battery change but then went to goulds in north end. The staff were brilliant and the guy persiviered and after 20 mins did it and only charged £5.00 go to goulds couldn't recommend them more.”
