"Worst hotel I ever been to in my life. We booked 2 rooms for 18 days. They charged me a $250 non- refundable dog deposit which was okay for the 18 days ended up taking my money Friday and kicked us out Monday cause they said the dog was to loud. Which was a lie ended up keeping our $200 room deposit because they said we were missing 2 towels and a pillow which was a lie the room only had 3 pillows when we got there. They are scam artist and will scam you out your money. So my suggestion to anyone who gets a room from them have them check the room before you move your stuff in cause they will find anyway to keep your money.."

"Checked in for one night here during a weekend trip to Erie. Room was booked in advance but when we arrived they still had to check and give us towels. The room was overall OK.. It got the job done for a one night stay but any longer would have been more unpleasant. There were a few fruit flies and spiders in the room, and we even heard a cricket chirping a few times but couldn't find it. There was also mold in our room. The only thing nice was the location but we really don't want to book here again the next time we visit Erie."

"Stayed for a week with family. We had 3 rooms. It’s been a month and they will not return our room deposits. They won’t give a reason, (because there isn’t one), they say to call back or they just hang up on you. The rooms have no coffee pots and no matter how many people are with you, they only allow two towels per day. Our overhead light was broken so we only had a lamp to use. We had to ask for a broom to clean our own room, and they didn’t once take out the trash or replace trash bags. There was no toilet paper in one of the rooms, thankfully we had people with us to take them a roll! I was willing to overlook all of this and not write a review, but if they want to be thieves and steal our money, then people need warned."

"i personally loved it! the staff olley was amazing he made the stay much better! he sat and talked to us and made the place even more comforting! we needed more towels he said to give old ones he’ll give us new ones he gave us more then enough towels for us! they also do jet ski rentals! it’s a blast i would definitely come back and stay at this motel! 10/10 all though i wish it had a hair dryer ahha! but that is something i should’ve packed!"

"I liked the rooms very much, they were clean and updated. It definitely is more in the motel type, but very well kept. The only thing is they ask for a $50. deposit "no big deal" it's supposed to go back on after the room is checked but I was there Sunday it is now Wednesday evenings and the deposit hasn't been given back yet. I slept there, showered and left so I hope it's back on my card by the end of the week. Then I'll change my 3⭐ to a 5⭐. As promised 5 ⭐"
