"Great stop right off the interstate! They accept pets, which is a plus. The parking lot also has plenty of space if you are in a U-Haul or towing a trailer. This is also right across from a Cracker Barrel and Applebee's, which is great when you are tired from traveling and want an easy meal. I won't give a full five stars for one reason: there was a random fire alarm mishap that the staff seemed unbothered by and weren't very forth coming in their response to visit concerns. However, it was probably a random event."
"We order water park package with 2 queen bed. Fortunately we got upgrade to the room with pull out sofa bed with larger space for 2 adults and 3 kids. Room service is very good. The facility of the hotel is kind of old. Renovation style is kind of aged. It's only one layer of windows in the room. So, we felt cold and freezing during the night. the breakfast is not complemental. I paid $30 for the breakfast. I feel disjoint with the breakfasts. The options are very limited and drinks are reachable by our own. Even the waiter took the drink order and brough it to us. Still do not feel easy. We can tell that overall the hotel is in the struggling situation."
"Great location. Right in the middle of a shopping center with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. The room was good. Clean. Nice and quiet during the night. Wasn’t too busy. Plenty of parking. Check in was fast and simple. Breakfast is NOT included with stay, $14 per person, buffet style. Skipped their breakfast. We stayed here for Splash Lagoon which was a 3 minute drive."
"Rooms are terrible. We were suppose to have 2 queen beds and had 2 full instead. Very upsetting for my families stay. Rooms are not comfortable at all. Everything is old and way out dated. Carpet was very dingy Did not feel clean at all. Staff was very pleasant. If the rooms matched the staff it would of been solid 5 stars all the way."
