"Great location, very nice rooms. Website states free breakfast which for many travellers is an attractive option. When I came down for breakfast, there was no free breakfast, only an option to buy and wait for one. I inquired about the free breakfast and the staff said they can see if there is a muffin available. I said don’t even waste either of our time with it. Lesson learned. My advice, remain with a hotel chain you trust and/or are familiar with."
"Booked last minute for 2 nights! Came into a very clean and comfortable room. Today we came back from brunch and housekeeping had been in our room and freshened it up so nicely! Very impressed, definitely would stay here again!"
"Great location for travelers. Restaurant/bar on site serving burgers and apps. New hotel with great lounge seating and outdoor space. Back patio definitely needs a gas fire pit."
"The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the rate was fair. We just needed a place to sleep but then saw how close it was to Presque Isle State Park, so we did a quick visit there before heading out of Erie. Good food options are nearby, too. We'll stay here again if we get back to the area."
"Fully booked the weekend I stayed. I recognized one of the ladies from our last visit. Rooms were clean as expected. I did try to use a dolly and asked a different woman at the front desk, but she had no clue where they were and didn't seem to care. I managed to struggle my bags back and forth as well as our two dogs and kennels."
