"We've been taking our dog here for almost 5 years now never had an issue up until the last couple months every time we call nobody answers the phone and if the line tells you to hold on a minute to leave a message it hangs up on and when you could leave a message there we did leave a message and nobody ever returned our call you so you can't even leave a message now nobody has answered the phone there for us for over 2 months this place has become horrible and I personally will not take my pet here!!!"
"The groomers are kind and practical. Sassy is a big dog - 107 lbs - and frightens some people just with her size although she doesn't bite. She apparently has a sore foot right now and the groomer had the sense not to try to cut her nails when she showed discomfort. Some would have muzzled her. I appreciate the good sense. By the way, I did call to tell them to skip the feet but was about a minute late with my call. Good catch, groomer!"
