"They are not Service Animal Friendly and kicked us out. They told us that they had complaints of a dog baking at people and we had just walked into the building and a dog was barking at my dog at the entrance but my dog stayed calm. The security guard kicked both us and the other dog out. And said that since my dog wanted to jump on him (for love) means we don't have our dog under control even though when he found us again (cause we were trying to offer food) to tell us we were kicked out, our dog was laying down minding her own business. I asked the security guard "How can I train my dog if I can't bring them in here?" She had her vest on and the best days "service animal in training." If the security guard monitoring the cameras sees even one dog, that dog parent will surely get a visit from a security guard within minutes, to be harassed. Never coming here again. They lost business to all their shops and all we wanted was Sushi Burito, which now, we will not return to get because of the harassment from the security guards. I'm also telling everyone I know on all my social platforms of the poor service that they give to those with Service Animals. The guard and his boss wouldn't even give us (my mom and I) their names."

"I'm a dog trainer (backwoods k9 training) and I love to do PA training days in appropriate, non food stores with the dogs. This place is nice for that busy or slow days. The dogs always love the attention they get when people oggle them. Always manners tho. And everyone loves to view that part as well! Jus remember to always train to coexist, and know where you can and cannot be in malls/shopping areas. Train on yo!!"

"It is one of the best malls you can find in the Portland area. To me, it is always a great experience to visit this gorgeous and gigantic mall. I found most of the major retailers and shops here with great deals. The mall is always packed with people, and it has plenty of kids' playgrounds. I would love to be back soon"

The stores are Crowded Apple Store is there so you can fix your phone and get a new phone the mall is beautiful in the winter time with the Christmas tree mall because all the stores are full no empty stores in the mall what so ever"
