"We made our situation clear and the agent (Chris) sold us the wrong homeowner's insurance and did not cancel it when he realized it would not even work, so we lost money on that. Then he said he would fix it and instead sold us the wrong insurance a second time (under a different...policy name? company name?) and we had a giant hassle getting the refund back. Then we got another bill for the first insurance. Then come to find out, they didn't even offer the kind of homeowner's insurance we needed. As an agent with however many years experience, he should have known from the start that they did not offer the kind of policy we needed. He should have known both times that he was selling us the wrong policies. Then I spoke to the owner (Bradley) because they refused to do anything about the other bill and I provided him with a recording of the relevant conversations with Chris (I record all my business calls so I don't have to take notes) to prove that we made our situation clear and he twice sold us the wrong policy, and they did nothing about the bill. Honestly, I feel like they owe us a refund on the first policy, too. Now I see that they have sent us to collections over the bill on the first policy. If I could give them zero stars, I would. We are in the middle of getting a massive remodel and all this nonsense messed us up and cost us money for nothing."
"This is hands down the BEST experience I have ever had getting insurance. One of the agents (Rania) made more than 20 phone calls to different admin in my county to make sure I was listed to be served by the closest fire department to make my rates as cheap as possible! Could not recommend them enough all of your insurance needs!"
