My big problem is that I was assigned a team (FACT 4) 2.5 years ago and suddenly, I was reassigned to another team (Hope). My old team was prompt and helped me immensely. This new team is not working out for me at all."

Interview process was a breeze, I was moved to the next step (Skills Survey) portion as part of the hiring process. My references had good things to say. When I followed up with Rhonda Volpe via email about the next steps I was sent a rejection email a few moments later. I requested feedback on the interview process to figure out why I was rejected and I’ve been ignored ever since. As a current HR professional, this just makes me realize how not to be with job seekers and candidates. Do better! :)"

"Efficient assistance with immediate necessities like food and clothing and readily available help for people in crisis, struggling families, mental health services, medication services, and all inclusive wrap around programs available. Help for immediate housing assistance crisis needs is severely lacking but assistance with coordinating long term housing goals seem somewhat more informed"

"This place is extremely helpful. Your initial intake does take awhile, but once you're in their system they are insanely amazing!!! They have walk-in for a prescriber, I was able to switch over in 30 minutes. My prescriber listened to my concerns very thoroughly and asked very important questions. My case manager is amazing. My therapist is amazing. They are flexible, they are consistent, they follow-up, and they just work!!! Amazing facility."
