"First... staff was amazing on getting me checked in as soon as they did. They were awesome, nice, polite, all smiles. We had an appointment for 9am, was out of her office by 8:50! The whole experience this morning was tip top. Brandy seen my son for his ears. She greeted me with a smile, she listened to what I had to say and made me feel like she sincerely cared. She explained to me what the diagnosis was and what to expect. 10/10 recommend her to anyone with kids!"
"Brandie Webb and Lori Smith are always so amazing and so sweet. They genuinely care about each kid individually and will take their time to make sure you understand everything and also all your needs are met. They both truely are so wonderful to all my 6 kids. I haven’t came in a day where my kids and I were not met with kindness. Plus, they know their stuff and makes sure your kids are always taken care of very well. Even the person who checks in your kids for weight and everything is so sweet. The 21st Just kids is the best. I do like the Harvard one too but they are always swamped and the Tulsa one is always slow so you usually get in really fast."
