"3 issues: mini fridge automatically shut off completely every 1 -2 hours. ( you have to keep restarting it yourself). I was told all Marriott room refrigerators do this - it saves them money. A/C in the room was so loud I had to turn it off. In- person check-in took 25 minutes- - only 1 employee at the front desk."
"Amazing hotel with pool. Small but cute gym to workout in. The management was very helpful when two of our things were broken and we only knew about the first one that was broken. Definitely coming back!"
"Be careful. I typically dont write review but have to put it out here so people are aware. Overall, everything looked good. Hotel and room everything looked so clean but looks can be deceiving I guess. We checked in and overnight we discovered bedbugs in the room! We had to throw clothes and bags out as we didnt want to carry those bugs with us!"
"This hotel is immaculately clean and the rooms are super spacious. Tons of room for my 4 person family. We could have invited another friend or two to stay on the pullout and still been okay. The free breakfast is FULLY stocked. Waffles, eggs, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt an oatmeal station with tons of toppings etc I travel for work and this was one of the most stocked breakfasts I’ve seen. The staff were very attentive and helpful and patient. If your travels bring you to blue ash, stay at the SpringHill Suites."
"My wife and two children stayed here 6 nights and could not be more happy with our stay. At check in they ask you room cleaning preference. Rooms were clean and stocked. Very spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with getting towels or anything else we needed. Breakfast was great and items were rotated daily. Pool is smaller but was clean and my kids enjoyed it. Hotel is in somewhat of a industrial area but felt like a safe area and no issues with outside noise. Would definitely stay here again in the future without hesitation."
