"The front desk staff was very helpful, polite, and accommodating. The TV was having issues in our room and the lady from the front desk came upstairs and fixed it. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Clean rooms overall but there were stains and grime all over the chair, lame for the only thing that's in there. Rooms are really sparse and the desk is extremely tiny. No bathtubs. Coffee was bad, I know it was supposed to be lavazza but it was undrinkable. Sausage and eggs were disgusting but the pancakes and OJ were good. It was really noisy in the morning. You can hear housekeeping and everything in the halls so good luck sleeping in. Fine to spend a night but that's it."
"Cheap, worn out, sagging mattresses make this hotel property a no-go. Tru by Hilton is not a luxury hotel, but the property is newer, clean, contemporary and reasonably priced. The staff is kind and the breakfast is above average. The coffee is excellent! Sounds great until 11:00 pm when you climb into bed after a long day. Possibly the worst mattresses I've ever experienced anywhere, at any price. Sitting on the edge resulted in nearly sliding off, but we thought it would be better laying down. It wasn't. Not an issue of soft versus firm, there's simply no support. Switching sides of the bed resulted in a slight improvement, suggesting that wear was part of the issue. Both queen beds were about the same, and all three family members had similar opinions. Particularly disappointing after recently spending a full week in a competitor's Brand H hotel property, a similar class of hotel, where the beds were spectacular. Cannot recommend Tru."
"This way by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Very clean and had lots of stuff to do such as a swimming pool, foosball,pool, connect four and checkers. The breakfast was amazing. My kiddos loved the food. Only down side my room only had two pillows on each bed and when I called down to maybe get a few more I was told they were out.. that’s the only negative thing I have to say but was not something I could not handle"
