"Everyone was very helpful. I had never stayed at a hotel before. The helpful employees gave me a nice room with a beautiful view. They took their time and showed me how to use the elevator. One employee even walked me to my room to show me where it was and even gave me a tour of the room. The hotel is beautiful. I loved the antique look. I would definitely stay again."

"Extensive water damage and chipped paint in many rooms! Hotel wouldnt accommodate refunds because everytime the third party calls; the hotel Is asking for the person for the name of the person who checked us out. The pictures of the condition of the room wasn't enough to issue a refund... Also our group went for new years eve and like other reviewers we never got service at the bar. After waiting over 30 minutes we left the hotel to get a drink to toast for new years. Avoid this place If you can!"

"I was here this past weekend and had a lovely weekend. The service is friendly and above and beyond, they were always reaching out to make sure we had the best experience possible. The hotel is very unique and we had a fun time exploring the historic areas. The room was very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub needed some repairs but worked great and was a very nice treat. We were able to walk around and enjoy exciting activites and bars all weekend without needed to use a car. I hope to visit again in the future!"

"Stayed the weekend. Was impressed with the historical factor of this hotel. Lots of great architectural features. Everywhere you look there are little details that make big impacts visually. Great service, an amazing bar/restaurant...even if you don't eat there, it's worth looking around. The rooms were quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again."
