NEVER was an issue overlooked or a maintenance issue not resolved! Their property Manager Eric Batton is professional yet caring and always available with any problems or concerns. Parents should feel VERY good about their child(ren) renting from this family-owned company!"

"We have only had good experiences with Nazca, especially Eric (we have interacted with him the most). They are always quick to respond, very helpful and it is clear that they care about their tenants and properties. Maintenance requests are easy to make and they respond very quickly. Eric is incredibly friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Our apartment is lovely and in great condition despite being an older building, work is done in common areas frequently and they were kind enough to update the coin operated laundry machines to app payments."

"man, i was nervous moving down to this area at first. I was expecting to be handed the keys to my apartment and my landlords would be nothing but an image in my head. However, i was quick to learn that that isn’t how Nazca runs their business. Cody and Eric have had my back since I moved in. Whether it’s helping me fix my stove, solving drainage issues, fixing the locks on my windows, and letting me back into my apartment with no locksmith hassles. They’re always super polite about getting permission to fix things while your absent and generally chill people to talk to if you see them around the building. I haven’t lived in any other apartments but these two have created a new standard in my head for what help should look like."

"I recently moved from one off campus apartment less than a mile away from my current Nazca Properties apartment. There was a day overlap and they were so kind to let me move in early. This prevented me from having to find a place to keep my stuff since I had to be out of my old apartment one day and was not scheduled to move in until the next. They even were present when we pulled up with all my furniture. I had made them aware ahead of time that I had a large truck transporting my stuff and they even made sure I had a place to park it without being ticketed. Street parking can be tricky with being in such a great location so the fact they took the time to make sure we had a spot to put it was generous. I recently had my fridge break and stop working. Within 15 hours they had picked up a new one and had it replaced. It was not meant to be delivered for several days and to prevent my food from going bad they went and got the new refrigerator themselves. I understand appliances do break after time which is something out of their control. However, when I started having issues they fixed the situation immediately. It is super convenient that they respond and handle any maintenance issues so attentively. I was also surprised to know they installed new AC units in my building residents. This is something that I enjoyed through the first months of residing in the complex. So far my experience has been nothing but great and look forward to residing in a place, where they do put the residents first and provide the best customer service obtainable. I would recommend renting from this family owned property."

"I leased an awesome studio apartment with a cute little loft for a great price from Nazca Properties. The location was great and there was onsite parking. Their customer service is excellent. I like the online access to pay my rent and report any issues at the property. Since they’re a family business they have a personal touch unlike leasing from a larger company. It’s easy to reach them and they inspect and check when the seasons change. If you’re looking for a great place to live you can’t go wrong living at a Nazca Property."
