"We did not stay there, found this hotel as we were exploring the city. We liked the art and the location. Definitely a trendy hotel, would stay here next time. The staff we interacted with as we were asking questions about the hotel were very helpful."

"That creepy little feller in the lobby weirded us out. Staff was very good. Room was great. Valet broke the mirror off of my new Yukon...that was a bummer. But staff once again was very helpful getting us some tape to patch for ride home and lined up with manager to get everything lined up to fix mirror...so far a smooth process and I appreciate that."

"My son was looking for popcorn late in the evening but the store was already closed. He was asking me to run across the street to the theater, but the lady at the front desk was so thoughtful and kind, she offered us a bag of her own popcorn she had in the back office. It was a small gesture, but very meaningful to us. The gentleman at the desk then offered to send a microwave up and it was there and plugged in before we returned from visiting the. gallery. The room was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed our stay for my son’s birthday. Love this hotel and will be back again!"

"This was a disappointing stay after several excellent experiences at other 21c locations. When I arrived, my first room was disgusting: the furniture was stained, hair and water all over the filthy bathroom, a bad moldy smell. I called the front desk and was quickly given a much cleaner room, but it was still disappointing for a four star hotel. The beds were not made nicely, as other reviewers have written the sheets looked like they were just thrown on. Carpet old and ripped. There were scuffs and holes all over the walls in the hallway and in the room. If you are facing the city, expect quite a lot of noise from the streetcar and (on weekends) bars and restaurants. That said, bed was pretty comfortable, and bath products were nice. Don’t get ripped off by the $39/night valet—walk around the corner to Olympic Garage ($7/day). In addition, the service left a lot to be desired. While no one was outright rude, it seemed like the front desk agents did not want to be there—no eye contact, few pleasantries. This was not the level of service that I expect from a 21c hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay and visit. We probably spent an hour just enjoying the art on multiple levels of the hotel. The rooms were also very spacious and nice. Even the water pressure in the shower (a big bonus for me) was great. We will definitely be back any time we drive through and need a place to stay in Cincinnati."
