"They took there time. And made me feel like I was family. They were friendly kind. Displayed everything perfect to me."
"My mom used to take me here as a child before she died, and I continued going to this location as an adult myself. Unfortunately, the receptionists have made the business unbearable to go to. Trying to get appointment information out of them is like trying to see while clawing your own eyes out. They're purposefully ignorant when answering questions and truly don't care about the patient. I had to show up randomly and lie to get in the door, just so they would print me out my prescription because they refused to print me out a paper previously. My mom might have gone here, but I definitely don't anymore."
"I am really frustrated with DOC - please consider changing your policy on the following. My appointment was canceled *without notice* after attempts to confirm an appointment that I already made. If DOC sends out text to confirm appointments, and they are not responded to timely, they cancel the appointment completely without notice. After driving nearly 30 minutes, coordinating my schedule with work, and a babysitter I showed up to my appointment on time and was told my appointment was canceled. If you can text to confirm appointments… you can text to inform the patient that it has been cancelled. Simply cancelling without notifying the patient is an absurd practice that needs changed immediately."
"Keneshia, the frame specialist, is by far the best part of our visit! She’s caring, patient, listens to her patients, and goes above and beyond in ensuring that her patients are well taken care of. She thinks outside the box to get patients the care they seek. We came in with outside prescriptions, and she found ways and methodologies to get our outside prescriptions uploaded to the system for us to get our eyeglasses."
