"Do not waste your time on the phone calling them, extension 4, extension 1. They will make you jump through hoops and then they will say federal law restricts the release of ANY information on ANY patient at ANY time or ANY place. And you're the patient! Ensure your physician uses MyChart and updates it frequently."
"Staff was very friendly , The facility was Clean. Definitely not the easiest blood draw I have ever had. My arm hurts the next day and is bruised pretty badly. Never happened to me before. She told me that it was a different type of cap and as she was calling one vial out to put another went in it was terribly painful. I have blood work regularly for my thyroid"
"I have not had the greatest experience with this lab in Miami Valley hospital. The facility was very clean and the woman who took my blood was very nice and quick. However, the young lady at the window had no idea what test I was prescribed, she had to make 2 phone calls so that she "didn't order the wrong test". The young lady also told me that my results would be ready by 8:00 am the next morning and would be called in to my NP. The next day I was told the results would take 3 days and they had no idea that I wanted my results given to my NP."
