"This place is horrible! They scared my son to death from yelling at each other for not stocking their supplies and forcefully prying his mouth open! They didn't do the proper treatment on his teeth like they agreed to do. What work they did do fell out, and also my sons tooth broke in half and he got a major infection to the point of him needing surgery!!!! MIND YOU HES 5!! They would schedule appointments and when I would arrive they would say they didn't have an appointment for us. I would get several calls daily asking to speak to the parent of a different kid every day...they are extremely neglectful not to mention having their kids running rampod in the place. They do not answer the phone and I was lucky they even gave me a referral to a new place. Shut it down!!!"

"Appt for fillings was at 1. My daughter sat numb for 2 hours because the staff forgot about us. Did not leave until 5. They are notorious for losing dentists and over booking/ picking their hours to be open because of staffing issues. Equipment is old and leaked all over my daughters face. Dentist asked her to pull her hair back because the leak was that bad."

"We had our first visit which went well. They said she needed several fillings. Scheduled the appointments. The office called and rescheduled one of them. Arrived for the rescheduled appointment a few minutes early and the heavy garage door was over the entrance. When it never opened I began calling and got no answer. Checked the internet and they are closed on Thursdays. Double checked my appointment and it was scheduled for Thursday at 8 am. I have called repetitively since then and no one answers and the mailbox is full. I will have to try elsewhere"

"Charlotte that works at the front desk is such an amazing person. I called desperate for help with my daughter, I couldn't find a dentist that was accepting new patients with our insurance. I felt defeated and was desperate for help. Charlotte's calm tone and empathy calmed me down almost immediately, she's truly an amazing asset to this office. When we arrived she was so pleasant to everyone she interacted with, she's truly a gem. Everyone we interacted with was amazing, the techs and the Dentist. I'm so grateful that I found this practice, thank you so much for all that you do. Thank you again, Charlotte!"

"I arrived at 3 pm for an appointment. The building closes at 5 pm. There was a sign on the door that read closed. There were also other clients outside of the building that were having the same problem. From prior reviews, this establishment looks notorious for not being open during business hours. I would not recommend booking here. It's tough to get them on the phone and there is only one way to book slots which are online."
