"I had to use this place for a custody issue per the court. Long story short I couldn't use the court because they needed hair from my head and I usually cut my hair short. So they ordered me and my soon to be ex wife to use this place. We were ordered to pay for each other's test. I left after court and drove straight to this place to give my credit card information. The staff said they would charge my card when the other party showed up to pay. My ex didn't show up to pay for my test until 2 months later. The court order said we had to pay/take the test within 2 days. Anyways I informed this place to not use my card because my ex was waaay past the required time and I wanted the court to step in. I told this business several times to not charge my card. Well they charged it anyways when my ex finally decided to just show up one day well past the court ordered time. I received a notice from the business to show up asap and complete my test. I arrived and was treated horribly by the female employee that day. We were somewhat making small talk and I mentioned I had to get back to work after they took a sample and this lady decided to buzz my head in the worst spot possible. Please see my picture I included. I feel this wasn't an accident. It felt like it was done to be mean towards me because from the start of the appointment I felt the lady was rude. This place was unprofessional from start to finish."
