"I can't speak to the quality of their service because I didn't get that far. I contacted them because I received a mailer for their 4-on-4 dental implant. I've done a lot of research on this and want to get done. It can be a game changer for the quality of a person's life. It is a very pricey procedure and considered cosmetic, so most, if not all the costs fall to the patient. For a single arch, it can range between $10-25, 000. Anyway, it took around 3 weeks just to get in for the consultation. I was asked to arrive early for paperwork, which I did. I sat there for 45 minutes without even being acknowledged. I watched 4 people leave and only one other woman came in for a cleaning who got up and asked how long it would take after she waited 30 minutes. I know things happen and sometimes there are emergencies, but that didn't seem to be the case there. Maybe I'm jaded but if I'm going to spend over $10,000+ dollars of my hard-earned cash I expect to be treated better. So I walked to the desk and said I was leaving and asked for my insurance and medical form back. She made a copy of them and I said, no give me all my paperwork back, she said she couldn't because I was registered as a patient. A patient? I never even got past the lobby! I don't even think that's legal due to healthcare privacy laws. But they kept them. So long story short, more power to them if they can turn people away over bad service."

"Not a pediatric office. Staff is amazing and sweet, organized and clean office, but the exam (my kids first time ever being to the dentist) was maybe 30 seconds… she didn’t look at tonsils or for ties. She didn’t ask about habits, or even converse with my children. Did not meet my expectations for a pediatric dentist. I don’t remember her name, I don’t think she introduced herself. But overall my kids had a good first experience. I would not recommend for children if you want the whole thorough exam."
