"My child had to have two teeth pulled today and an infection cleaned out. I’m glad it was able to be taken care of today. However, I was not impressed with the bedside manner of Dr. Assad. My child was scared even after she tried the laughing gas, she was still uncomfortable. It got to the point where she was in tears, and he made the comment of “we don’t have time for this”. The appointment she had was originally scheduled for January with oral sedation which is what she originally wanted, and I’m not sure as to why we couldn’t just have that scheduled sooner with the oral sedation as things would have went a lot smoother. I wish there was a bit more compassion coming from a pediatric dentist who works with children, to make my child more comfortable. I will not be taking my child back to this office."
"My son had the BEST first visit! I work in dental and have experienced him being overwhelmed in my office setting so we opted for the Kids Dentist because we like to refer there, this was the best choice I have made for him, he sat for his whole cleaning for the first time ever and loved every minute of it! We will be patients until he outgrows pediatrics and I will make sure my colleagues continue to refer knowing how great of an experience for patient and parent this office is. The toy wall is a cute bonus too"
"I've been trying to find a dentist for my daughter who has sensory issues that have caused her anxiety and from the time we walked in until we left she was totally relaxed. Her hygienist was amazing! She explained everything to her and showed her and let her touch all the tools that she was going to use and the dentist was just as awesome!"
"Phenomenal! I came here for a second opinion for my daughter after an uneasy experience with another pediatric dentist after she had chipped a tooth. All of the staff from the receptionist to the Dr were awesome. They made me feel at ease and made sure my child got the care she needed. I called the same day and was able to get an appointment. I really appreciated their care and attention."
