"Never coming back! Scheduled an appointment for broken tooth and an infection, went in they told me my gum and tooth were infected and the tooth needed to be removed. They refused to give me any antibiotics till after they removed the tooth (I still had to fight them on it). By the way in case you didn't know if you have an infection in your mouth novacane won't work, so I had to have a tooth removed feeling everything, they gave me nothing for pain afterwards"
"I came this past Tuesday with a painful abscessed tooth. I wasn't given enough novacaine even though I told the dentist that I wasn't numb enough before we started but was told me it was supposed to feel that painful. I could feel EVERYTHING. I told the dentist SEVEN TIMES that it shouldn't hurt so much. I was crying and asking why the pain was so bad. I this was one of the most painful experiences of my life. Oh, and after all that the dental assistant told me I had an attitude problem. No, I had a PAIN problem. No one should ever have to bear that type of pain."
"If you want a dentist that will continually give you infections and then leave you on your own to figure it out, refusing to see you after, this is the place. If you want bad root canals that lead to infection, this is the place. If you want your nerves cut during a cavity filling and then have it covered leading to an infection, this is the place. If you want to call because of the pain and inflammation and be met with a rude receptionist, this is the place. If you like to frequent the hospital after every single visit, this is the place. If you want dental care that doesn't harm you more than before you went in, this is not the place. I've been on antibiotics since March, they're booked and even when they can get me in next year, I have to have a cleaning before they will address the massive infection they have caused."
