"I'd give 0 stars if I could. Actually if I could rate negative stars I would. One of the worst places ever to go for dental work. My experience is that they do things to cause you to have to come back. I found a good dentist elsewhere and because of what this place did,I need extensive work and I am losing a tooth that they purposely damaged beyond repair. It can't be saved. I want people to know so they can be saved from what I am going through."

"I used to go here for years when Dr. Lori was around and everything was great. They didn't try to sell you on extra procedures. Everyone was friendly and relaxed. At some point from 2021 to 2022 there was a lot of turnover. Dr. Lori as well as another dentist were no longer there and many of the staff were new. The new people I dealt with at my next appointment were actually a bit rude. The dentist even came across as angry for some reason. I never scheduled another appointment and if we hadn't moved away a short time later, I certainly would not choose them as my dentist."

"I called in February 2023 to make an appt for my son and I to have a cleaning and was told there was nothing available until July 2023. I thought this was odd but I made the appointment for almost 6 months out because we both need to plan ahead to have off work for this. I received a voice mail today (6/22) from a very nice lady (not her fault at all) and I was told that our appointments are being cancelled due to staffing issues but we would be put on a cancellation list. Needless to say I’m upset!! This appt was scheduled 6 months ago and I am also a healthcare worker with scheduled patients of my own so I cannot just leave work whenever they have a cancellation. I was also told they can reschedule me for January or February 2024! What!? My entire family are patients here and have been for years and it’s only been recently over the past year that this happens. My husband also had an appt cancelled and was told he had to reschedule a few months back. I’m not sure what’s going on here but it’s not very good business to put someone off a year for cleanings. I am strongly considering taking myself and my family to another dentist that actually cares about others time and their schedules. It seems to always be something with this place and I will NOT be waiting until February of next year for them to fit me in for 30 minutes to probably call and cancel us again."

"Wonderful Dentist very clean office and is very inviting in the waiting room. They took really good care of my wife and fixed up her teeth very efficiently and quickly . I would highly recommend them for all your dental care"
