With the launch of Fresh Abilities, TAC is continuing this mission by creating a new concept that focuses on providing meaningful job opportunities within the local community. The restaurant offers a variety of fresh produce, including lettuce and herbs grown in their own hydroponics greenhouse without the use of pesticides.
In collaboration with Clark State College, Fresh Abilities provides training for employees to develop skills for future employment in the restaurant industry. The partnership with Clark State allows for hands-on experience in the Eagle's Nest restaurant space, where team members can apply their classroom instruction in a real-world setting. This community-integrated workplace setting aims to pave the way for employees to pursue careers in the larger food service industry.

"Usually I love this place, their breakfast burrito is really, But I just had a wrap for lunch and it wasn’t good at all , I had to throw it away but the smoothie was good."
"Keeping in mind, reviews are meant to be helpful-The salad itself was very good, fresh and crisp, although a little expensive. However, the packaging should be rethought. The container was much too small for how much you get and since the toppings were not mixed in and simply added to the top, it made it very awkward to eat. I was eating at my desk and salad was going everywhere. Inside a car would be impossible (which I sometimes consider in nice weather). Also, I agree with one other reviewer- upgrade your ranch dressing. It's cheap and it tastes like it. All in all, pretty good and I will try this restaurant again to see if they have read their reviews. Best of luck to you guys!"
