"Saw a post on social media where the owner was picking fights with a customer over a canceled order. Food could be good for all I know but if it costs teeth to get an order on time, I think I will pass. Terrible way to run business. Probably wouldn't have shopped here ever, but after the post I saw you shouldn't either. Owner seems like a prick."
"I was so happy they reopened in Springfield location after being closed for many months. The old Cousin Vinny’s on 1st St had way better pizza quality. They used to be nearly edge to edge toppings on the specialty and 5 topping pizzas. Now they only put the toppings towards the center of the pizza so you end up getting over half the pizza consisting of only crust and sauce. I might as well have just ordered breadsticks. I was a regular customer but I’m not as enthusiastic about buying CV’s again. $33 with a tip should have bought two quality pizzas. Instead I got Dominoes pizza in a Cousin Vinny’s box."
