Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Me and a friend visited this Chipotle. Chipotle is one of my top choices when eating out locally. This was the 1st time I visited the Springfield location. I ordered the chicken rice bowl. This Chipotle location has the best chicken over all the locations I've visited. I am impressed. The chicken was cooked to perfection. It was tender and delicious!! I also ordered guacamole and chips. They were also good. The restaurant was clean too. That's a huge plus for me. I'll visit this one again."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I walked into the restaurant and was greeted by the trash overflowing onto the floor in front of us. Every inch of the floor was filthy. When I tell you that every table was dirty, I mean every. Single. Table was dirty. There were no customers and no cars in the parking lot, so there is absolutely no excuse for the restaurant to look like that. So we walk up to the counter and instead of greeting us, the young girl looked at us and rudely said, "I'm just gonna let you know now, I'm out of steak, carnitas and chicken." THEN we looked at the food. Or what was possibly food at one time. What little bit of food that was in the trays was dried up into a crumb like mix. So we walked out. I don't know why the girls working wasn't embarrassed by how everything looked. Hopefully they were able to get it cleaned up by close so they didn't leave that disgusting mess for the morning crew. I emailed corporate and got a response that seemed like they already knew what was going on at that store. Hopefully they get it straightened out soon. I've never saw a restaurant look that bad. Especially when the food is literally right in front of your face."

"Wow. What a terrible restaurant. Stood in line forever. When it was my turn to order I had to leave because the person working the register was putting food straight from bags onto the line without washing her hands. Has a bandage on too. So gross. I didn’t want food poisoning so I left. She wasn’t very clean looking either."

"im so tired of everytime i ask for anything extra they always give me none of it… i always get extra corn and of course my bowl as barely any corn. this place is just ran by a bunch of teenagers who dont care. if you want good chipotle dont come here!!"

"Dear Chipotle, I am a regular customer of yours. Usually weekly. I appreciate your ingredient standards and ability to accommodate my many allergies. However, tonight I have never been more disgusted with the appearance of the store and they way we were treated at the Springfield OH store. We were in line for over 30 minutes, during which time, the workers (there were 4 of them) were shouting out what they had run out of for the night. (It was 6pm). Items included guacamole and chips and they were saying forms of payment had to be exact cash or card only. Ok, fine, we were willing to keep waiting. Then its our turn to order. Instead of taking our order, the worker behind the counter makes an announcement to everyone in line that they are no longer accepting in person orders, and that you have to place a digital order from then forward due to “staff shortage”. After we got up to the counter, we saw the horrendous condition of the kitchen, the counters, the trash cans and overall condition of the food (posted below). Sure doesn’t make me want to continue my loyalty to you and your stores. SMH."
