"Went through the drive through to pick up an online order. The order was completely wrong despite the “does everything on your screen look correct” should probably skip that and just say suprise me. The bag was loaded with ripped up and torn napkins. An example of how completely off the order was. Ordered Doritos supreme tacos swap beef for beans. I have two dorito taco shells snapped in half with meet and lettuce. I have one cracked in chips with beans and lettuce. The potato tacos had lettuce and hot sauce and three squares of potatoes."
"The Taco Bell was very clean inside and out. When I entered the restaurant the workers looked at me and didn't acknowledge my presence I had to ask where I was supposed to order my food because there was no one at the counter the worker told me to use the online service which wasn't a problem it was very easy to use but when I received my meal my tacos were cold"
"Was in and out of the drive thru in about 5 minutes. The food I ordered was correct and hot. Also the person working the drive thru was very polite."
"Went through the drive through around 10pm last night to get a friend and myself food on the way to his house 5 minutes away. Got my order and didn't realize until I was at his house that they didn't give us our fries. Annoying but whatever I went back for the fries. Asked for my receipt which I had and they were basically inconvenienced by ME! No "sorry", "oops", "my bad dawwwggg". Nothing. I wasn't expecting them to drop to their knees begging my forgiveness for some fries but dang. I was somehow the problem? I get that it's fast food. Mistakes happen. But gone are the days of "cheap" fast food. At $10+ per person, DO BETTER. It's not so much the pettiness of missing fries but the attitude of the employees. Absolutely AWEFULLLL customer service. I've personally worked fast food and waited tables for YEARS. I get that working with the public is exhausting. But if that's not your thing bitter employees of Taco Bell, find a difference place of employment."
"Terrible. Don’t come here unless you want soggy burritos and fries. In the picture, that’s the top of the tortilla from the burrito on the wrapper btw. Hard taco was cracked on the sides. Don’t even get me started on the soft taco… 10/20 11pm"
