"Awesome experience!! Extremely friendly and welcoming as soon as you hit the door! We had the Norma's special which was DELISH!! The Sausage patty was cooked perfectly but the taste from wherever they got it was "different". The Sausage Gravy over Biscuits is THE bomb!! The crumbled sausage for the gravy is MUCH better than the patty. The Hashbrowns with onions were THE freshest AND best tasting I've had in a LONG time! Service great start to finish! Keep up the good work Vittles and Grits! We'll be back!!"

"I wish this place was closer to where I live! I'm in the area for HS girls wrestling. I dropped the kids off and eventually wanted some breakfast. I love trying little Mom & Pop restaurants and this place was close to the school. It did not disappoint! Definitely the best breakfast I've had out in a long time! The dining area is small so I took a seat at the counter so not to take up a table for just me. I enjoyed watching the very nice woman cook. The hashbrowns were SO dang good. The eggs and bacon were cooked perfect. The sausage gravy and biscuit was delicious, best I've had in a long time! The cook was very nice and even offered me a to go tea. My waitress was also nice and pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"As someone who lived in the South for years, this is some of the most authentic comfort food I've ever had (including restaurants down there)!! The biscuits and gravy are especially top tier and I will definitely be going back whenever I get a chance. The staff and owners are also excellent and extremely friendly."

"Small welcoming diner! I got The Norma Special with biscuits and gravy and grits. I am very picky with biscuits & gravy. Most I don't care for because there's to much pepper. This was the best biscuits & gravy I've had,(except for my fiancés)! It was perfect! It was creamy, perfect amount of sausage, not overwhelming in pepper and the biscuits were a little crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I'm a bit picky with grits also and they were delicious! I just got with butter and put a little salt on. They were so good! Will definitely get those again! Fiancé had an omelet and the loaded potatoes. He enjoyed both, but the potatoes were a bit greasy. They also have someone that bakes. They had peach pie that was loaded with peaches and a lemon blueberry cake. We got that for later tonight! I forgot to take pic. I will take pics of desserts. All the staff were very friendly! We will definitely go back! Parking is limited close to building, but there's plenty across the street."
