"Hired rick of wood to install a front door. First try he left good inch gap under the door for baby raccoons to escape from the cold. He happily came back to fix the mistake and put in above and beyond the expected effort for the price and job trying to make it right. In the end it was not plumb and the dead bolt could not close but it was just barely drafty and he was doing more damage then fixing so I accepted the job complete because he refused to give me his insurance information claiming that it would raise his rates and make him unable to compete pricewise..... The last photo of the trim separating from the house was just taken, maybe a year and a half from installing. Came back to leave a review since the material choices didn't live up to the test of time I am hoping to save others the same headache. I will add that he really wanted to do a good job and other tasks he may be a great choice for but stay away from anything as complex or more complex than installing a preying door."
