"I bought a 2024 vehicle & my first service was at take5 in Wadsworth, OH. I had my first oil change & noticed an odd smell while driving on several occasions. Fast forward to a week-ish later and my driveway had a river of rainbow liquid (oil!) So, I bought it back in to make sure there wasn't a leak. I was told by the technician that they were just messy with the job & he sprayed it off. A week later and my car starts chugging, smells, I check the oil abd there's NO OIL in my vehicle!!! I highly advise going somewhere else. The technician is very unprofessional telling me after he sprayed it off (mind you I'm sitting in my vehicle and did not hear, see, or feel any spraying action being done) that I could "come back & punch him in face if anything was wrong" who says that?! If I could add photos of the oil spill etc I would but it isn't an option."
"They did my oil change and used a different washer than what come off the drain plug causing an oil leak. Took to a mechanic close to me and put correct washer on the plug. Manger was to call me. Never did. Assistant manager was willing to offer refund but manager refused. All I wanted was an apology. Total cost I spent for this oil change was $160.00 mistake!"

"The workers here are amazing. Gave my daughter a snack and drink, talked to us throughout our time there. Overall very quick service. A bit pricey for an oil change, but the quality of the service and team made it more with it."
"Had a great experience here. I tend to ignore the one star participates. Its been my experience that if you treat people with respect and greet them with a smile you will be taken care of. These guys did their job and made my life easier. Thank you. PS - beware of the one stars:)"
