"The really nice guys at the Wadsworth auto center got my car in so quickly for my tire that SPLIT and I had no idea what to do. I couldn't even get Home and they got me and and thankfully had a tire my size to get my fixed up and back on the road. Thank you all so much for the work you do. And for helping get me in and our and back to my family in no time at all. The guys here really went the extra mile. Thank you again!"
"I ordered tires site to store, went to get them put on after work and was told that they close at 5 pm, and it was 4:30. I went back on Sunday morning and was told that I had to have an appointment. I finally got them on the car and one is losing air from the valve stem that they told me would be replaced because it is required by law. I noticed that it was still missing a cap and had the same old mismatched 3 caps, upon closer inspection it still has the same valve stems. Required by law, what a joke. This went from being the best Walmart around to the worst. They turned me away again at 4:30 because they didn't have time to do the roadside assistance thing that I paid for, and to make it worse, they don't close until 7 pm now."
"Got an oil change while I prepaid for my grandsons back up pair of glasses. Walmart won't take payment over phone for this. Yet I have Walmart + you would think they could figure out a way to use it for the vision center too. It was fine tho. Got to meet Mike in vision and he was super helpful. Oil change was very affordable."
"No one ever answers the phone and there's never anybody Manning the desk. It's just bizarre. I've tried numerous times to call or reach somebody to ask a simple question about their services and I still do not have an answer. I was going to go there while I was at Walmart today when I was doing my grocery shopping, but I didn't need that added stress."
"I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They put a new tire on for me well they didn't tighten the lug nuts and messed up my rim. Took it back and they won't show the video of them doing what they said they did and said the tire was fine. Well obviously it wasnt!! I have kids and someone could have been hurt. They refuse to take any responsibility so time to talk to a lawyer"
