Glad I did go elsewhere, drove no more than 5 min down the road and was greeted with exceptional customer service... truly a way of keeping "loyal" customers. "I’ve been bringing all of my cars here since I got my first one in 2018, absolutely love this place! They’ve always kept me on the road with quick service and fair prices. I always recommend this place to anybody with car troubles, and refuse to take any of my cars anywhere else! This place is the best. They don’t try to upsell you anything you don’t need either like most places. Very upfront with prices and work being done"
"I called this place to see if they had any used tires for my car. The man said do I want new or used. I said used and he said we have a couple used tires the old man said it was $20 plus tire disposal etc. I get here and the old man said $49.99 I said didn't you tell me on the phone is was 20 plus disposal. The old man said ohh nooo I didn't say 20 I said 40. How come I called all around and remembered this man saying 20 plus the disposal. Will not be returning was an emergency situation for the tire. But never again apparently old age he can't add or tell correct amounts. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't tell a customer it's 20 plus the disposal stuff if it's actually 40. Maybe have a relative take over your shop who is not rude and who can count properly!"
"Fantastic family owned business. Wadsworth is lucky to have them for decades. Great people and awesome customer service. Took in my Honda Accord this week and was shown all the tire options and explained the benefits of each. Very detailed and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!!"
"Imagine being a loyal customer for over a decade, then one day you're told your business is no longer wanted. It's a cold shock, especially when the old man says 'no new customers', but apparently, the old ones aren't valued either. All those years of buying tires, believing in a dependable service, just to be turned away. It's a hard lesson in customer service – loyalty is a two-way street, and this time, it's a dead end. No more recommendations, no more purchases; it's time to find a new place that respects the loyalty of a longtime customer."
